Accounts You Give Us Access To

If you engage Career Marketing & Placement, you may choose to share sign-in details for email, LinkedIn, or job-portal accounts so your dedicated specialist can submit applications and follow up on your behalf. By sharing those details, you confirm you have the right to do so and authorize Uptech Consulting to access and use those accounts solely to perform the service you've engaged us for. You may revoke that access at any time — for example, by changing the password — and should tell us if you do, so we know to stop.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Engaging with a service described on this site (including Career Marketing & Placement or a career application) does not guarantee a specific outcome, such as job placement, interview results, or approval of a business filing. We commit to the work described for each service, not to a result outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logo, and design of this website belong to, or are licensed to, Uptech Consulting. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.

What You Submit to Us

When you submit a message, application, resume, or other content through this site, you confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to share it — including any reference contact details you provide. If you give a testimonial, we only publish it publicly once you've confirmed your consent, as recorded by our team.

This site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. We don't control those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms, not these.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uptech Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Where a paid service is involved, our total liability for any claim arising from that service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose; for use of the website itself, with no payment involved, our total liability is limited to USD 100.

Governing Law & Disputes

Uptech Consulting operates as a Cameroon S.A. and a US S-Corp. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you're engaging Uptech Consulting's US S-Corp for a US-specific service, that engagement is instead governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before either of us files a formal claim, we both agree to first try to resolve the disagreement directly by contacting the other party in writing.

Termination

We may suspend or end a client engagement or your access to a service if these terms are breached or a service is misused. Ending an engagement doesn't change how information already collected is handled — that's governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of this site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date below reflects the last time this page's content was updated.
